Little behind arn't I...

Well been to Vegas and back! Celebrated my sister Nancy's 30th with 12 of our closest friends (minus a few of course) in style! Drank, danced, shopped, did a wicked scavenger hunt that nancy made (my team won i'm still positive), walked alot and alot, saw Pauly D spin with Dina and Vinny in the crowd, and saw my sister get engaged!!!! I have to say Dylan is the best guy a gal could have!! She's one lucky girl!

Now back to reality...

And speaking of that tomorrow is my first craft sale of the year!

Started school on Monday. Consisted mostly of an overview of what's ahead...shall be interesting!

I was also in a fashion show for Never Alone which is a foundation for cancer patients. I couldn't turn that down!!

i've been promising a line of jewelry called "love through the ages" which will be online tonight!!

these girls inspire and motivate me to be the person i'm suppose to be... i was born to craft, to play in glitter, to photograph! these woman all do what they love to do all day long! that is my goal.
Mrs. Glockenheimen is my road to endless possiblity.

I start school january 31st...step two!! i'm taking small business management part time (so i can still work my day job). it's been about 13yrs since i was last in school so this should be interesting. i'm super duper nervous, but i think it's a step in the right direction...school that is :)

Nancy turns 30!!

It's my baby sister's 30th birthday in March and what better place to celebrate than Las Vegas!!! After checking Expedia for days on end for a deal I finally got my ticket tonight. There is about 18 of us meeting up to party from March 3rd to the 8th!! Including my sister from Edmonton and a good friend from California! This will be my 7th time to Vegas...and everytime gets better than the last!

In the next couple days I will be showcasing more headbands! There will be hearts, stars, vintage pictures...most of all lots of glitter!
The best part...the string has glitter in it too :))

When I was much younger my Nany and Papa built Nancy and I a dollhouse. It was the biggest more beautiful dollhouse i have ever seen. Since than the dollhouse was sold and all the furniture sold at garage sales (such a regret).
20 some years later I wish we kept that dollhouse...

Headbands are where it's at!

I expanded my horizons last night and made this headband which i'm in love with!

Polymer clay hearts covered with glitter!! Everything I cover in glitter I cover it again with decoupage finish. It takes away the beautiful glitter glare, but who wants glitter everywhere?! ok, i do...but you know what i mean :)

So instead of taking pictures of my jewelry (which majorly needs to be done) I spent a wonderful day with one of my besties michelle!

- spent hours vintage shopping downtown winnipeg!

- photographing old buildings- eating at the paddlewheel restaurant on the 6th floor of the bay downtown

- allowed to go into the recently closed (forever...) restaurant Shanghai

- buying two of the BEST GLITTER CHAIRS from Shangahi for $35- each!

michelle is heading back to Vancouver today....me will miss her :(((
